As an Assistant Store Manager at Burson, you'll play a hands-on role in leading day-to-day operations, driving sales, and motivating your team to perform at their best.

\n

We're on the lookout for a motivated Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to support our Manunda branch . At Burson, you're never just a number-you'll be part of a supportive, close knit team working together to connect our people, our customers, and our business every single day.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Handling automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers
\n
• Provide a high level of customer service with an emphasis on customer retention & development
\n
• Assisting with inventory control
\n
• Maintaining store standards and adhere to company policies, procedures and OH & S compliance
\n
• Supporting the Store Manager
\n
• Leading and supporting your team
\n

Qualifications \n

\n
• An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
\n
• Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
\n
• The ability to engage with, and motivate team members
\n
• Client-driven with strong time management abilities & attention to detail
\n
• OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy.
\n
• Current full driver's license
\n
