We're looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Care Partner to lead the delivery of our Community Programs and Respite Services across Albury and the Riverina.
This is more than a coordination role. It's an opportunity to shape services that genuinely improve quality of life, support carers when they need it most, and ensure older people remain connected to their communities.

As our Senior Care Partner, you'll play a key leadership role in overseeing customer engagement, care coordination, community programs and respite services across a diverse and growing portfolio, including our well-regarded Anson Cottage Respite Service.
You’ll work closely with customers, families, community stakeholders and internal teams to ensure services are responsive, person‑centred and focused on achieving meaningful outcomes.
