About the role:

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Juniper Central. Based at our corporate head office in Balcatta this role is the first point of contact for visitors customers and team members and plays a key role in supporting Junipers Corporate Services teams.

As part of a busy and welcoming reception environment you will provide high-quality front-of-house and administrative support across multiple corporate functions. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls visitors and enquiries providing a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Manage a busy reception desk and multi-line phone system.
  • Provide administrative support to a range of Corporate Services teams including People Services Finance Operations and Executive Support as required.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with visitor management.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail couriers and deliveries.
  • Raise purchase orders coordinate stationery and office supply orders and liaise with suppliers.
  • Monitor and respond to shared inboxes ensuring enquiries are actioned promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records filing systems and databases.
  • Assist with document preparation data entry scanning photocopying and other general administrative duties.
  • Support the smooth day-to-day operation of Juniper Central by providing flexible administrative assistance where required.

About You:

  • Previous reception and/or administration experience
  • Friendly professional and confident with excellent phone etiquette
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
  • Confident using Microsoft Office Suite and other business systems
  • A supportive team player who enjoys helping others and building positive relationships with customers and colleagues

  • Permanent full-time role Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
  • Competitive pay of $32.71 per hour plus 12% superannuation
