We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to support our continued business growth by identifying market opportunities, developing marketing initiatives, and advising on pricing, promotion, digital content and marketing strategies for our products and services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities \n

• Research market trends, customer preferences, competitor activity and potential demand for mobile phones, technology products and related services to identify new and existing market opportunities.
\n
• Develop and implement advertising and marketing campaigns that support sales objectives and promote the organisation's products and services to target markets.
\n
• Advise management on marketing strategies, including product positioning, pricing, promotional activities and appropriate digital marketing channels.
\n
• Analyse product performance, market information and customer data to assist in evaluating pricing strategies and their potential impact on sales and profitability.
\n
• Create, schedule and publish promotional and marketing content across the company website, social media platforms and other digital channels.
\n
• Analyse data from digital marketing campaigns and online platforms to measure performance, customer engagement and the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
\n
• Monitor search engine and website performance and recommend updates to digital content to improve online visibility, engagement and search metrics.
\n
• Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives and prepare regular reports and insights for management to support marketing and business decisions.
\n
• Coordinate the production and implementation of marketing materials and campaigns, including digital content, advertising copy and promotional materials, within agreed timeframes and budgets.
\n
• Support business growth by preparing and executing marketing objectives, policies and programs in line with the organisation's overall business strategy.

Qualifications \n

\n
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications or a related field.
\n

Skills and Other Requirements \n

\n
• Minimum 1 year experience in marketing, advertising, digital marketing, market research or a similar marketing role.
\n
• Experience developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns aligned with business and sales objectives.
\n
• Strong understanding of market research, customer behaviour, pricing, product promotion and digital marketing channels.
\n
• Experience analysing marketing, sales and website data to identify trends, measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
\n
• Experience creating and managing digital content across websites and social media platforms.
\n
• Knowledge of search engine optimisation (SEO), digital performance metrics and online marketing analytics.
\n
