We are partnering with a well-established aged care provider to appoint an experienced Facility Manager to lead a large residential aged care home in North West Melbourne.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong people leader who enjoys being hands-on, driving performance and creating a positive environment for residents, families and employees.

You will be empowered to:

  • Oversee clinical, operational, financial and quality performance
  • Lead continuous improvement and accreditation readiness
  • Drive strong workforce planning, rostering and staffing outcomes
  • Support occupancy growth and build strong relationships with families and stakeholders
  • Manage risk, complaints and incidents effectively
  • Ensure strong AN-ACC, funding and documentation outcomes
  • Partner with senior leadership to achieve broader organisational goals

About you

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager / Residential Aged Care Manager who is confident leading a large home and motivating teams to achieve excellent outcomes.

Essential requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Proven experience managing a residential aged care home
  • Strong leadership and people management capability
  • Sound understanding of aged care quality and compliance requirements
  • Experience managing financial and operational performance
  • Strong knowledge of AN-ACC and accreditation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Genuine commitment to delivering high-quality resident outcomes
