Brand Marketing Manager - Moon Dog

Moon Dog is on the hunt for a Brand Marketing Manager to help build, grow and bring to life some of Australia’s most exciting independent drinks brands and venues.

Moon Dog is a fast-growing alcoholic drinks and hospitality company. From our much-loved Moon Dog beers & RTD's - including crowd favourites like Old Mate Pale Ale and Moon Dog Fizzer, to our five epic venues, we love bringing good times to the good people of Melbourne!

We’re continuing to grow, with exciting new brand launches and venues on the horizon. This is a great opportunity to join a business at a pivotal time and play a hands-on role in shaping the future of Moon Dog, Fizzer and our venues.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director and working closely with the marketing, design, sales and hospitality teams, you’ll be responsible for helping bring our brands to life across multiple channels. From developing and executing brand plans and campaigns to supporting product launches, trade marketing and digital activity, this is a broad and varied role for someone who loves building brands and making things happen.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Contributing to and executing brand plans across Moon Dog, Fizzer and venues.
• Developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across a range of channels
• Supporting exciting new product launches
• Helping build strong brand presence and consistency across customer, consumer and digital touchpoints
• Working closely with our creative and production teams to bring campaigns and brand ideas to life
• Supporting social media, digital and broader consumer marketing activity
• Working collaboratively across sales, hospitality and other areas of the business to ensure our brands show up brilliantly wherever consumers experience them
• Managing campaign budgets and marketing spend

The successful candidate will have the following traits and experience:

• 2+ years’ experience in a brand marketing, marketing or similar role
• A genuine passion for brands, marketing and creative thinking
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and easily jump between different projects and priorities
• A creative mindset and the confidence to bring new ideas to the table
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects from idea through to execution
• Good commercial acumen and experience managing budgets
• Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments
• Experience in FMCG, beverages, alcohol or hospitality is beneficial, but not essential
• While occasional days working from home are absolutely fine, this role is predominantly based in our Preston office.
