Administration and Reception Officer

Your key responsibilities will include:

Reception duties including professional welcome of internal and external stakeholdersAct as point of contact for general queries from City Field TechniciansAdminister monthly customer service/perception surveysProficiently manage all travel and accommodation bookings across the business in addition to event management, catering and room set upProvide support to the People and Safety Team as and when required

You willbe requiredtodemonstrate:

Intermediate MS Office skills - EssentialPrevious experience in an Administration or Reception role - PreferredVery good verbal and written communication skill
