As the Senior Technology Officer, you will provide high-level technical support across Queensland Health sites, both on-site and remotely, ensuring reliable and efficient ICT service delivery. You will configure, install, monitor, maintain and support complex ICT environments, investigate and resolve incidents to meet agreed service levels, and apply eHealth incident management processes to support enterprise operations. Working collaboratively with clients and stakeholders, you will deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. You will also develop and maintain technical support procedures within specialist domains and provide leadership and supervision to staff, ensuring high-quality ICT support services are delivered in accordance with established standards and procedures.
