Business Analyst – Salesforce & Process Improvement

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with staff and stakeholders to identify business, process and system improvement opportunities.
• Analyse current business processes, systems and procedures and develop practical, business-aligned solutions.
• Identify and implement improvements that increase efficiency, cost-effectiveness and customer outcomes.
• Support the design and configuration of Salesforce functionality and integration with existing systems.
• Develop and support Power BI reports and dashboards, including data and reporting requirements.
• Support user access, privacy, data integrity and cybersecurity requirements while managing multiple improvement initiatives and changing priorities.

About You:

• A Business Analyst with strong experience in business process analysis and process improvement.
• Practical experience with Salesforce, including administration, configuration or business requirements.
• Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and consultation skills.
• The ability to translate business needs into practical system and process solutions.
• Understanding of data access, permissions, privacy and data integrity.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is highly regarded but not essential.
• Regional NSW applicants are encouraged to apply.
