You're organised enough to keep multiple jobs and customers moving at once, and confident enough to make commercial calls on the spot.
You want ownership of a real commercial outcome - not just processing jobs, but shaping the revenue and reputation of a busy workshop.
As Service Advisor, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our workshop. You'll take on the jobs that need real judgement - assessing vehicles, building quotes, upselling where it's genuinely warranted, and seeing each job through to a smooth handover. It's a role where trust and commercial performance go hand in hand.
