About the role:

Our team members are the face of Bunnings, always prepared to give it a red-hot go. They provide a friendly and helpful service to everyone who walks through our doors, making sure every experience counts. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in moving products throughout the store to help our team provide the best experience for our customers.

We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $30.45 per hour for this role.

What’s involved:

Load and unload products using a forklift

Be responsible for stock management, considering safety aspects when using a forklift, and ensuring a clean and tidy work environment

Provide our customers with the best experience across the store

Be part of a supportive and inclusive team who make a difference to the community and have fun along the way

Who we’re looking for:

We are looking forseasonalcasual team members to join us on a fixed term contractjoining us in September 2026 through to end of January 2027- a great chance to jump in and be part of the action! Experience in GI and Timberyard is highly desirable, and we welcome candidates who are eager to apply their knowledge and continue developing their skills in this space. You’ll love variety in your day-to-day work, with a focus on forklift operation, inventory management and customer service, whilst also having the opportunity to grow your experience in other areas. A personal interest in D.I.Y. is always a plus, however we will give you all the skills you’ll need and show you the ropes.

We provide an adult pay ratefor18 years of age andabove at$35.09per hour for this role.

You’ll need:

A current valid forklift licence

To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers

An eagerness to learn about products and services

To act with integrity, be safe and do your best

The availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
