We're looking for a motivated Espresso Machine Technician & Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our team.
This is primarily a technical, hands-on workshop role where you'll learn to test, upgrade, commission, troubleshoot and prepare commercial espresso machines before they're installed in cafés throughout Australia. Warehousing and logistics activities form part of the role, but your main focus will be ensuring our equipment leaves the workshop operating at the highest standard.

Experience with espresso machines is not essential. We can teach that.
What matters is that you are:
Mechanically minded
Comfortable using hand tools
Curious about how equipment works
Reliable, organised and detail-oriented
Someone who takes pride in quality workmanship
Willing to learn technical skills and follow processes
A team player who enjoys helping others
Hard-working and able to achieve five days' productivity in four
A current Australian driver's licence is required.
Forklift and First Aid qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
Full technical training will be provided to the right person.
You enjoy fixing, building or upgrading things.
You're interested in machinery, electronics, engineering or technical equipment.
You've worked in warehousing but want to develop a technical trade-style skillset.
You enjoy problem-solving and troubleshooting.
You like working with precision and attention to detail.
You take pride in doing things properly the first time.
