The Opportunities \n

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Room Leaders and Educator s to join our growing team.

\n

As a Room Leader, you will lead and mentor a team of educators while creating an engaging, safe and nurturing learning environment that supports children's development and wellbeing.

\n

As an Educator, you will work collaboratively with your Room Leader and fellow educators to deliver high-quality education and care while building meaningful relationships with children and families.

Key Responsibilities \n

\n
• Create warm, inclusive and engaging learning environments where every child feels safe, valued and supported
\n
• Deliver play-based educational programs guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
\n
• Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
\n
• Support children's learning, wellbeing and development through intentional teaching and meaningful interactions
\n
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and well-organised learning environment
\n
• Promote child safety and uphold all health, safety and compliance requirements
\n
• Work collaboratively with the leadership team to provide exceptional education and care
\n

Additional responsibilities for Room Leaders include: \n

\n
• Lead, mentor and support your team of educators
\n
• Guide curriculum planning, critical reflection and documentation
\n
• Foster a positive team culture through coaching and collaboration
\n
• Work closely with the Centre Director and Educational Leader to drive continuous improvement
\n

What We're Looking For \n

\n
• The successful applicants will be flexible and available to work rostered shifts between 7:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
\n
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
\n
• Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
\n
• Current NSW Working With Children Check
\n
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis and Child Protection and Child Safety training
\n
• Child Protection and GECCKO Child Safety Training Certificates
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Passion for providing exceptional early childhood education and care
\n
• Positive, reliable and professional attitude
\n
• Commitment to child safety and continuous professional growth
\n
