St Carthage's Community Care has been supporting people in the Northern Rivers for more than 30 years, supporting older people, people with disabilities and their carers. As a Registered Nurse with St Carthage's Community Care, you will provide high quality nursing and care services that support our clients to remain living at home. Our nursing team currently operates Monday - Friday between 7am-4pm. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to work a minimum 2 days a week, preferably Monday, Wednesday or Friday.
You’ll develop genuine connections with our clients and their families and assist those clients to optimise their health and wellbeing and support their independence.
The positionis based in the community, working in the Far North Coast Region of NSW. You would operate from our Goonellabah office and need to be prepared to travel across the Northern Rivers to support our clients.
You will be supported by a nurturing team of fellow RN, ENs, Support Planners, Care Partners and Lead Community Care Workers.
