About the Program

From day one as a Coles Group Graduate, you’ll feel the connection your work has to our purpose of "helping Australians eat and live better every day". Our award-winning Grad Program offers two years (three years for Finance Graduates) of hands‑on learning designed to help you grow and the opportunity to take on meaningful work and make an impact.

You will play a role in providing food, drink and home solutions that are delicious, sustainable and healthy for our customers; and ensuring to deliver a consistent experience for our customers every day, both in‑store and online.

During the two- year program, you’ll be working on real deliverables with clear ownership and accountability as you learn and grow through functional rotations, a tailored development program and a tight‑linked support network.

In your second year, you will also complete the Innovation Project, where you will work with a team to solve a genuine business challenge with an innovative solution. The top teams will get the opportunity to present their ideas to our Executive Leadership Team and Coles Board.

Coles Digital & Marketing (Customer Experience) Graduates

Join an innovative, fast evolving digital and marketing environment that connects with millions of Australians each week. Our team designs and delivers seamless end-to-end experiences across the four key customer journeys—Inspire, Convert, Promise and Engage—shaping everything from personalised marketing to reliable ecommerce fulfilment. You will develop a strong understanding of how an omnichannel retailer operates and help transform customer traffic into meaningful transactions & engagements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Hold an Australian or New Zealand citizen or hold a permanent residency at the time of application
• Have completed a bachelor's degree before commencing the program

Note: Hybrid work is an option, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
