The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Senior Farm Hand to join the team of a family enterprise located just 5km from Moonie. You will be integral to the smooth operation of their 9,500-acre mixed enterprise, which balances 4,500 acres of dryland cropping and hay production with a herd of 300-350 Angus breeders.

Ideally, you will be a self-starter who uses common sense to problem solve, can follow a provided program, and works autonomously when required to achieve the overall team's goals. You will be hands-on with a wide range of essential daily tasks, from precision spraying and planting to diligent machinery maintenance, operating a high-quality fleet, including John Deere tractors and Hayes Sprayrigs, whilst ensuring that every task is executed with precision and care to maintain the property's high standards.
