DHL is on a growth trajectory with new business wins and internal progression. As a result, we are growing our talent pools to service upcoming General Manager roles across our retail sectors in Melbourne and Sydney. We are interest in experienced and commercially driven General Manager's to lead the launch and ongoing success of a strategically significant new customer partnerships within the sports retail sector.
This role will provide end-to-end accountability for the successful mobilisation, go-live and performance of a large-scale, highly automated distribution operation. Working in partnership with the customer and internal DSC leadership, you will establish operational excellence, build a high-performing culture and deliver outstanding customer, people and financial outcomes.
This opportunity is suited to a proven leader with experience delivering complex start-ups, leading large operational teams and driving performance within fast-paced supply chain environments.
