Eclat is a luxury workspace and members' lounge, built on a simple conviction: that hospitality belongs inside the workplace. Since 2014 we have applied the standards of the best hotels and restaurants to the working day - private offices and flexible workspaces in Bureau, a members' lounge, cafe and bar in Parlor, and events in Galerie - for people who care as much about how they work as what they do.
We are looking for a Head of Commercial Sales to lead Eclat's growth. This is the senior commercial seat in the business, reporting directly to the CEO. You will be the first person most of our future members meet, and the one who turns a tour of our spaces into a decision to belong here.
You will own new business across our sites, from first enquiry to signed memberships, ownership of leasing success and occupancy, and build the partnerships and referral relationships that keep the pipeline full. You will work closely with the CEO on pricing and commercial strategy, and with our Marketing team on how Eclat shows up in the market.

This role is based in Hawthorn East, with travel between sites required.
What you will bring:
A strong track record in B2B sales or commercial leasing, ideally in commercial property, flexible workspace, hospitality or premium services
The confidence to negotiate and close at a senior level
A consultative, relationship-led way of selling and a genuine feel for people
Polish and presence: you represent a luxury brand in every room you walk into
Comfort with a CRM and a disciplined approach to your pipeline
Ambition to grow with a business that is expanding
$150,000 plus superannuation, plus incentives
A senior role with real commercial ownership and a direct line to the CEO
