Estia Health Oakleigh East is a friendly, welcoming residence with a focus on excellent care and comfort. Located in a quiet residential street, this expansive home is close to public transport and a short drive to local shops. Multilingual staff and a multicultural program of activities cater perfectly to the needs of residents from many different backgrounds.
Estia Health Oakleigh East have exciting opportunities forexperienced Personal Care Workers/Attendants (PCA's)to join our team on a Casualbasis.
Every individual in our homes has a story. You'll get to know each one as you:
Lend a hand with daily life - making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed
Work with our team to support those with challenging needs
Help keep our residents' bodies and minds active
Keep tabs on our residents' health - helping with treatments
Be a friend to our residents
Make sure every resident's privacy and dignity is respected
A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
Time spent working as a caregiver or similar
Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
