This is a full-time, on-site SIL (Supported Independent Living) Support Worker role based in Lake Haven, NSW. The SIL Support Worker will support people living in shared or independent accommodation with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, household chores, and community participation. The role involves implementing individual support plans, promoting choice and independence, and assisting with medication prompts and health-related appointments as required. The worker will contribute to a safe and respectful environment, maintain accurate documentation and incident reports, and follow safeguarding and quality standards. The role also requires effective communication with clients, families, and colleagues, as well as participation in team meetings, training, and continuous service improvement.
