Occupational Therapist - Support at Home

Full Time

Rowville or Ringwood Based

The Role Unwrapped

  • Assess clients in their homes to identify functional abilities, challenges, and opportunities for safe, effective home modifications.
  • Design plans: Craft strategies that boost independence and life quality.

  • Document: Keep documentation clear, simple, and spot-on.
  • Stay sharp: Learn the latest research and best practices.

The non negotiables :

  • A Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Willing to travel to Rowville, Glen Wavery and Clayton.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Car and Valid Australian driver’s licence
