As our Care Manager, you will lead and manage our team to deliver exceptional care that promotes resident choice, dignity, and meaningful connections. You will ensure compliance with aged care standards, oversee clinical quality improvements, and support the professional development of your team.

\n

An environment that residents are encouraged to be as independent as they choose. This is a full time permenant position that may involve weekend work.

About Your New Role

\n

• Lead and inspire a positive culture for your team aligned with Fresh Hope Communities' values,
\n
• Oversee clinical care on shift, contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, and addressing any gaps in care and ensuring timely resolution,
\n
• Foster resident-centred care which meets the physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents,
\n
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to optimise resident wellbeing and outcomes,
\n
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and quality standards,
\n
• Work closely with the Facility Manager and Clinical Services Manager (who you report to) in the leadership of our home.
\n

What you bring?

\n

\n
• Experience in aged care and knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards,
\n
• Demonstrated clinical and people leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor staff,
\n
• Compassionate, hands-on leader with a commitment to resident wellbeing and clinical excellence,
\n
• Ability to multitask with shifting priorities and work in a calm considered manner,
\n
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills,
\n
• A current Criminal History Check or willingness to apply for a new one.
\n
