This role is open to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne based candidates.

Key Responsibilities \n

• Application of formal change methodology, models, and framework to pragmatically help our clients with their technology driven transformation
\n
• Working within a cross functional team to lead change management deliverables and activities
\n
• Articulate compelling case for change, coaching Change Sponsors (and project teams) on messaging, influence and leading effective change.
\n
• Setting up and developing a Change Network to ‘Champion’ the change and facilitate two way communication
\n
• Measurement of short- and long-term readiness and adoption
\n
• Quantitative and qualitative analyses on impacts and risks to produce data-driven change outputs and deliver pragmatic change
\n
• Identification and alignment of relevant stakeholders internally and client facing
\n
• Distribution of timely and relevant information through an integrated, attractive, and comprehensive communications approach
\n
• Development and execution of training plans to prepare individuals for success during and after the change
\n
• Assessment of organisational readiness and current state vs. future state gaps
\n
• Management of OCM activities and deliverables within the context of a larger project/program
\n
• Executing change, communications and training strategy
\n
• Experience supporting and delivering change management activities for Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations / ERP) transformation programs, including complex organisational change, multi-entity environments, business process transformation, and enterprise-wide adoption initiatives. .

Skills and Experiences \n

\n
• Working knowledge of change management frameworks and methods
\n
• Expert knowledge in two or more areas of change capability, with exposure to end to end change initiatives in the technology space advantageous
\n
• Ability to lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, learning and other streams of change work
\n
• Ability to develop videos and other creative communication content
\n
• Ability to assess training needs and produce training materials (skills in using online learning tools are welcome)
\n
• Effective interpersonal skills
\n
• Results-driven and detail-oriented
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Structured problem-solving skills
\n
• Experience leading organizational change management for Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations) implementations will be highly regarded.
\n
• Strong understanding of ERP transformation programs, including business process change, operating model impacts, and adoption across complex organizations.
\n
• Experience supporting change initiatives within large-scale, multi-entity organizations and environments with varying levels of change maturity.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to deliver stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications, training, readiness, and adoption activities for ERP programs.
\n
• Experience working in multi-functional and complex teams .
