Site Supervisor (Garage Doors)

We’re looking for an experienced Garage Door Installer who’s ready to take the next step into site supervision.

This isn’t a role where you’ll spend all day behind a desk. You’ll still get out on site and get your hands dirty when needed, but you’ll also take the lead on coordinating installers and subcontractors, checking quality, solving problems and making sure our jobs run smoothly.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be out and about supporting our Garage Doors team from our Richlands hub, helping keep installations running safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Your day will include:

• Supervising installers and subcontractors across sites
• Checking installation quality and workmanship
• Planning ahead and helping coordinate upcoming work
• Providing technical advice and support to installers
• Troubleshooting issues on site and finding practical solutions
• Working with builders and customers to keep jobs moving
• Leading by example when it comes to safety
• Completing minor maintenance or installation work when required
• Using our systems and apps to keep jobs updated

Who we're looking for

Garage door experience would be highly regarded, but we’re also open to experienced people from other construction and trade backgrounds.

More importantly, we’re looking for someone who:

• Knows their way around a construction site
• Can confidently work with and give direction to installers and subcontractors
• Takes pride in quality workmanship
• Can spot a problem and work out how to fix it
• Is organised and can plan ahead
• Communicates well with builders, customers and the team
• Holds a current White Card

You don't need previous Site Supervisor experience. If you’ve built strong trade or installation experience and you’re ready for more responsibility, we’d like to hear from you.
