True Society in Sydney is our third store in Australia.The new store exudes an elevated, urban chic vibe and provides a stunning stage for showcasing our breathtaking designer wedding dresses.True Society is THE destination for transforming dress dreams into the most amazing reality, and we are looking for career-minded retail professionals (our True Crew!) who are passionate about fashion, sales and bridal.

Responsibilities \n

• Provide an exceptional and consistent experience to all brides and their party members.
\n
• Work one-on-one with brides to find their dream wedding dress for their big day.
\n
• Build relationships with brides throughout the entire lifecycle of the experience.
\n
• Provide feedback about emerging bridal trends, accessories, and other add-on items or services.
\n
• Consistently achieve andmaintainsales goals as set by management.
\n
• Assistwith implementing new business ideas relating to customer experience, driving sales,new technologyand merchandising.
\n
• Participate andassistwithorganisingin-store events, bridal fairs, and promotions.
\n
• Maintainhighlevel of store standards bymaintaininga clean and well-organisedstore.
\n
• Represent the store and the designer labels we sell in a professional and consultative manner.
\n

Qualifications \n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Apparel, Fashion or related degree preferred; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
\n
• Available to work weekends and evenings on a regular basis.
\n
• Minimum1 - 2years bridal sales or other consultative retail, luxury sales experience preferred.
\n
• Proven sales aptitude with the ability to prospect and close retail sales.
\n
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Abilityto build relationships with customers and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
\n
• Ability to quickly develop strong product knowledge of the bridal industry and trends.
\n
• Detail-oriented with akeen understanding offashion and bridalfashion.
\n
• Ability to alwaysmaintaina fashion-forward and professional appearance.
\n
• Excellentorganisationalskills with the ability to self-manage working effectively to a deadline.
\n
• Ateam player with a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask.
\n
• Ability to adapt to change in an ever-growing, fast-paced environment.
\n
• Physical ability to move throughout the store, lift and move up to 12 kgs, kneel,standand work on feet most of thetime.
