We are seeking an experienced family and carer peer support professional to provide daily guidance to staff and help coordinate safe, responsive and client-directed services through the Mental Health & Wellbeing Connect Centre.

As the Lead, LLE (Carer Connect), you will work closely with the Team Leader to support frontline staff, coordinate day-to-day operations and respond to immediate service needs. You will help create a welcoming environment where carers and consumers feel safe, heard and supported, while contributing to quality, compliant and client-focused service delivery.
Contributing to service design, quality improvement, practice reflection, supervision and professional development.
You will bring strong family and carer peer support experience, a collaborative approach and the confidence to support staff in a dynamic, multidisciplinary service environment.
