For over 30 years, we’ve partnered with Australia’s leading retailers, florists, garden centres, interior designers and commercial projects. Our business is predominantly wholesale, and marketing plays a key role in how we connect with our trade customers - and drive growth.
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing & Brand Lead to bring fresh energy, creative ideas, and strong organisation to our marketing. You’ll have a visual eye, love styling and content creation, and turn product stories into beautiful EDMs and social campaigns that engage and grow our wholesale audience.
Working closely with our leadership team, you will:
build and manage a structured annual marketing calendar aligned to product launches,seasonal campaigns and key trade moments
lead EDM campaigns from concept to send, ensuring consistency and impact across all channels digital channels
own our Instagram and Facebook presence, planning, posting and creating content that engages our audience while maintaining a premium visual standard
bring your visual eye to styling, shoot direction, photography, and short-form video (reels, styling clips, behind-the-scenes content), translating imagery and footage into cohesive, eye-catching campaigns
collaborate with buyers, designers, photographers and external creatives, to produce compelling content
develop and manage clear briefs for external creative partners, ensuring marketing assets are delivered consistently across all channels
assist with updates to our wholesale website, including imagery, product specs and new product launches
monitor performance using insights to refine and strengthen campaigns
stay across digital trends and identify opportunities to grow our brand presence, boost commercial results, and continually position Floral Interiors as a leader in the trade industry
Familiarity with CRM and EDM platforms, including audience segmentation and campaign management
Confident using email marketing tools to create, schedule, and track targeted campaigns that deliver measurable results
Experiencedin social media management and analytics (Instagram, Facebook, Business Manager, LinkTree, Google Analytics)
Strong visual eye with experience in content creation, curation, styling and short-form video
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or similar tools for image editing and campaign production
Up-to-date with social media trends and able to apply them to grow engagement and brand presence
Highly organised, and able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
Excellent written, visual and verbal communication skills withsharp attention to detail
Creativethinker who can generate ideas and bring them to life while maintaining brand consistency
Collaborative team player who takes ownership, is adaptable, and is willing to go beyond the role to support wider business goals
Based at our Melbourne head office and showroom in Keysborough.
Full-time preferred (flexible arrangements considered).
