Airswift is seeking experienced E&I Commissioning Technicians to join a major gold mining operation in Western Australia. We are recruiting three technicians to support the commissioning and ramp-up of a significant mill expansion project at one of the state's premier mining sites. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a high-profile processing plant upgrade, working alongside commissioning, operations, and maintenance teams during a critical project phase.

Project Overview \n
The project involves a major mill expansion aimed at increasing plant throughput and processing capacity. The commissioning phase is currently progressing to schedule, with ongoing plant integration, testing, optimisation, and operational handover activities.
Advanced Automation \n
Oversee the deployment of online elemental analyzers and automated particle-size monitors.
Metallurgical Optimization \n
Run real-time diagnostic testing on mineral recovery rates during the initial ore-feed ramp-up.
Safety & Isolation \n
Author and execute complex Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures across intersecting new and live plant boundaries.
Operational Handover \n
Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs) and train standard plant operators on new technical assets.
