Prosperity Media is looking for a Digital PR Account Manager to join our growing team. If you love turning data into stories that land coverage, and you're just as comfortable pitching journalists as you are managing a campaign end to end, we want to hear from you.

\n

We are an award-winning Digital PR and AI Search Agency based in Sydney & Melbourne, working with global brands, with a team of over 35 staff. Winner of Best Use of PR in a Search Campaign (Digital PR) at the APAC Search Awards. This role is for someone looking to be a key part of the AI Search & PR intersection.

What you'll be doing \n

    \n
  • Your number one priority will be helping Digital PR campaigns secure top-tier links and coverage for a variety of clients
    • \n
  • You'll be responsible for managing clients from the onboarding process to outreach, including managing campaign production, briefing our data team on campaigns, and writing campaign copy
    • \n
  • You'll have the opportunity to create client strategy that delivers consistent results across campaigns, with an innovative approach to achieving SEO outcomes
    • \n
  • You'll ideate creative data-led campaigns that tier-one press are interested in covering
    • \n
  • You'll also be responsible for spotting and outreaching quick-win campaigns (newsjacking)
    • \n
  • You'll be the day-to-day point of contact for a select number of clients, running WIPs, email communications, presenting ideas and reports
    • \n
  • You will help mentor and support junior team members (bonus points if you have management experience)
    • \n
  • You will have the opportunity to support on new business pitch meetings
    • \n

What we're after \n

    \n
  • Passion for, and experience in, traditional or Digital PR (bonus points if you have experience with PR for retailers or ecommerce platforms)
    • \n
  • Strong knowledge of the Australian media landscape, with a proven track record of turning campaigns into top-tier links and coverage
    • \n
  • Excellent written and general communication skills
    • \n
  • 2+ years experience in the PR industry
    • \n
  • Experience working across a diverse range of brands in Australia and New Zealand, across industries including finance, health, FMCG, legal, education, fashion, and homeware
    • \n
  • A Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Business, a TAFE Diploma, or equivalent experience
    • \n
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time
    • \n
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude, keen to learn and not afraid to test new methods
    • \n
  • Ability to maintain a high standard of work at all times
    • \n
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
    • \n
  • Not afraid to get involved in all aspects of the Digital PR process and suggest improvements based on experience
    • \n
  • Fantastic time management skills
    • \n
  • Australian working rights (visa can be discussed)
    • \n
