Capability Development Specialist - Strategic Automation & Digital Experience
Digital Innovation is seeking an experienced Capability Development Specialist to support staff across the Parkville health services to build the skills and confidence needed to adopt digital tools, automation and new ways of working. Working within the Strategic Automation & Digital Experience team, you will design and deliver engaging learning and capability initiatives that support digital transformation and improve staff experience.
As an Capability Development Specialist you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting initiatives that build capability and strengthen skills across the Strategic Automation & Digital Experience stream. You will report to the Lead, to ensure that individuals and teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and skills necessary to adopt digital and automation solutions effectively. The Specialist works to embed learning frameworks, foster continuous improvement, and enhance organisational digital literacy and capability.
This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful digital transformation across a complex health environment while working with a collaborative team focused on people, technology and innovation.
