Successful applicants may be placed in a talent pool and considered for suitable ongoing or temporary vacancies as they arise, subject to business requirements. Placement in the talent pool does not guarantee an offer of employment.

You are committed to excellent customer service and strive to maintain high standards of administration and executive support to the solicitors.

You have excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage the expectations of solicitors.

You thrive working in an agile and dynamic work environment.

Experience in leading a small team.

A recruitment pool may be created from this recruitment action for ongoing and temporary roles for this role or similar roles that may become available over the next 18 months.

  • Study time up to 4 hours per week
  • Extended Leave of up to 44 days after 10 years or up to 30.8 days after 7 years of service.
