Perfect Beginnings Early Learning Centre focuses on early childhood as the foundation for lifelong well-being. The Education Leader/2IC is a full-time, on-site role located in Eight Mile Plains. This role is responsible for guiding and supporting educators in delivering high-quality early childhood programs aligned with the center's philosophy and regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include mentoring teaching staff, modeling best-practice pedagogy, coordinating curriculum planning, and ensuring learning environments are engaging, inclusive, and safe. The Education Leader collaborates with center leadership on continuous improvement, supports training initiatives, and maintains strong communication with families about children's progress and learning experiences. The role also involves monitoring documentation, assisting with compliance requirements, and contributing to a positive team culture.
