Fallachi Hair is looking for an experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our team in Berwick, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Established in 1996, Fallachi Hair has been part of the Berwick community for 30 years. We are a family-run salon with an established and loyal client base, a beautiful salon environment and a team of experienced stylists who genuinely enjoy working together.

We’re looking for a confident, well-rounded senior stylist who loves what they do and is equally comfortable behind the chair with cutting and colouring.

About the role

You’ll be joining an established salon where you can focus on what you do best – looking after clients and creating great hair.

We’re looking for someone who is confident across:

• Ladies' cutting, restyling and finishing

• Colour consultations and formulation

• Tints and grey coverage

• Foiling and blondes

• Toners and dimensional colour

• Balayage and modern colour techniques

• Blowaves and styling

• Providing a high standard of consultation and client care

You don't need to bring a full clientele with you. Fallachi Hair has an established client base, and we're looking for another great stylist to help us continue looking after both our existing and new clients.

A salon that’s already established

Your bookings, products, colour, reception and day-to-day salon operations are taken care of, allowing you to concentrate on your clients and your craft.

Professional products

We’re proudly a Goldwell salon, working with professional colour and haircare across our colour services.

No Sundays or Mondays

The salon trades Tuesday to Saturday, giving you two consecutive days away from the salon every week.

Employment security and entitlements

You’ll be employed as part of our team, with superannuation and applicable paid leave entitlements, rather than having to manage the responsibilities of working for yourself.

• Is a qualified and experienced Senior Hairdresser

• Is confident in both cutting and colouring

• Provides great consultations and genuinely cares about their clients

• Takes pride in producing consistently beautiful work

• Is reliable, professional and organised

• Wants to find a salon where they can settle in and build long-term relationships with their clients
