Now, with nationwide US expansion underway, we’re looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Head of eCommerce & Digital Growth to lead the next phase of growth, in this newly created role.
This isn’t a role where you inherit a mature playbook.
You’ll be building it.
Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll own the digital growth strategy and execution across eCommerce, marketplaces, CRM, paid media, retail media and customer acquisition.
You’ll combine commercial thinking, analytical rigour and entrepreneurial instinct to identify growth opportunities and turn them into scalable revenue streams.
You’re equal parts strategist and operator.
You have experience scaling a high-growth consumer brand and are comfortable moving between boardroom conversations, leading a high performing team and platform-level execution.
You thrive in ambiguity, love solving commercial challenges, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
