We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to manage the dealership’s retail operations. This is a full-time, permanent position comprising 38 hours per week, with a salary of $135,000–$145,000 per year plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience. Reporting to the Manager, the successful applicant will oversee vehicle inventory, sales performance, pricing, advertising, customer service and the supervision of the sales team.
Experience in automotive retailing, used-vehicle sales, automotive products or dealership operations will be highly regarded. Mandarin language skills will also be highly regarded due to the dealership’s Chinese-speaking customer base and WeChat sales channel.
MRZ Cars Pty Ltd, trading as MRZ Autohaus, is an established used-car dealership based in Nunawading. We purchase, advertise and sell used vehicles directly to customers across Melbourne, supported by a team working through onsite and digital sales channels.
