About Us Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission. About the Role As the Specialist Family Violence Court (SFVC) Manager, you will lead the delivery, implementation and continuous improvement of the SFVC operating model at a local court level. Working closely with court leadership, the Family Violence Branch, court staff and community stakeholders, you will drive high-quality service delivery and support reforms that improve outcomes for victim survivors of family violence. This influential leadership role combines people leadership, operational management, stakeholder engagement and reform implementation. You will lead and develop a dedicated team, oversee SFVC registry operations, strengthen partnerships across the justice and family violence sectors, and champion initiatives that enhance service integration and court responses. You will play a key role in embedding family violence reform locally, managing risks and opportunities, supporting continuous improvement, and fostering strong community connections that contribute to the successful delivery of the Specialist Family Violence Court model. About You You are an experienced people leader with a strong understanding of family violence, court operations or human services. You thrive in complex environments, build effective partnerships, and are passionate about driving service excellence and continuous improvement.
