• You will lead teams that deliver redress services to people affected by past harm.
\n
• You will guide complex operations across two important redress schemes.
\n
• You will work with skilled people who care about respectful service.
\n
• You will shape better services while supporting fair and timely outcomes.

• Fixed-Term (until 30/06/2028), full-time role earning $166,939 - $191,084per year, plus super.
\n

What you will do \n

As senior manager, redress operations, you will lead two redress schemes.

\n

You will guide staff, oversee daily work and provide advice on complex issues.

\n

You will:

\n

\n
• lead a skilled team to deliver high-quality redress services.
\n
• guide complex operational work, reviews, complaints and privacy matters.
\n
• provide clear advice to senior leaders on scheme operations and risks.
\n
• oversee sound decisions, budgets, records and reporting across both schemes.
\n
• lead ongoing improvements to policies, processes and services for applicants.
\n

About you \n

A tertiary qualification in social services, business and/or public administration is highly desirable. You also need at least five years' experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.

You should also have:

\n

\n
• senior leadership experience in complex service delivery settings.
\n
• strong skills in staff management and improving team performance.
\n
• the ability to apply complex rules and authorisations to operational decisions.
\n
• strong judgement and communication skills when handling difficult issues.
\n
