What You'll Be Doing

\n

    \n
  • Leading shifts and creating a positive, high-energy environment for both guests and team members
    • \n
  • Supporting the leadership team to drive performance and deliver exceptional guest experiences
    • \n
  • Coaching, developing, and motivating team members to be their best
    • \n
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining Yo-Chi's high standards
    • \n
  • Creating memorable moments for every guest who walks through our doors
    • \n

What We're Looking For

    \n
  • Leadership experience in hospitality, food service, retail, or a similarly fast-paced environment
    • \n
  • A love of building great teams and a positive workplace culture
    • \n
  • Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive when things get busy
    • \n
  • Someone who leads by example with a positive, can-do attitude every day
    • \n
  • Fast food experience highly regarded but not essential
    • \n
