Sales Representative - Ballina, Northern New South Wales
The Bradnam’s Windows and Doors team in Ballina is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team and help us continue growing across the Northern NSW and Northern Rivers region. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting out and about, meeting people and building genuine relationships with customers across the local building and construction industry.
About the opportunity
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be out in the community building relationships with builders, trades, homeowners and other customers, helping them find the right made-to-order window and door solutions for their projects.
You’ll play an important role in growing our presence across the region, looking after our existing customers, identifying new opportunities and turning those opportunities into sales.
We’re looking for someone who is naturally comfortable talking to people, enjoys being out in the field and takes pride in looking after their customers. You’ll be supported with the product training, tools and knowledge you need to succeed and to deliver the “Bradnam’s Difference” to our customers.
About you
Previous sales experience, particularly in field sales, business development or relationship-based selling
Experience in the building or construction industry would be great, particularly with made-to-order products, but it’s not essential
Someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and getting to know their customers
Organised and commercially minded, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs
Self-motivated, positive and comfortable working independently while being part of a wider team
A willingness to learn our products and develop strong technical knowledge
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who knows the Northern Rivers market, enjoys dealing with people and wants to build something long-term with their customers and the Bradnam’s team.
