About the role
As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective consumers, families, carers and referral partners enquiring about Amplar Health's Support at Home services. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will build meaningful relationships, understand each consumer's circumstances and goals, and guide them through available care and service options.
You will play a critical role in converting enquiries into service commencement by helping consumers navigate the aged care landscape, articulating the value of Amplar Health's services, and ensuring a seamless transition into the intake and onboarding process.
