Northern Suburbs (Office-Based) + Site Visits Near the AirportFull-Time or 4-Day Week

Our client, an established business delivering projects near Melbourne Airport, is looking for an HSE Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a safety professional in the 3–7 year experience range who wants genuine flexibility without stepping back from meaningful project work. This role offers a mix of office-based work from the northern suburbs and regular site visits to projects out near the airport. A company vehicle is provided for site travel. Our client is genuinely open to a 4-day week (pro rata) or full-time hours — whatever suits your circumstances best.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HSE advice and support across office and site environments
• Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments
• Support incident investigations and corrective action processes
• Review and monitor compliance with SWMS and safety documentation
• Assist with inductions, toolbox talks and safety training delivery
• Maintain compliance records and support continuous improvement initiatives

About You

• 3–7 years' experience in a WHS/HSE Advisor role
• Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS, or equivalent qualification
• Solid understanding of WHS legislation, codes of practice and risk management principles
• Comfortable working across both office and site-based environments
• Current Driver's Licence
• Strong communication skills and a practical, proactive approach to safety
