The Opportunity

As part of our Mental Health and Wellbeing Commissioning team, the Coordinator Commissioning Implementation works collaboratively with providers and internal stakeholders to ensure commissioned services are delivered effectively, meet funder requirements, and achieve positive outcomes for local communities.

In this role, you will:

Work with stakeholders, including program Activity Leads, to implement strategies that effectively manage and monitor commissioned service contracts.

Build provider capability through education, training and ongoing support, ensuring understanding of contract compliance, reporting obligations, data integrity and financial management requirements.

Support effective data collection and reporting, assisting providers to submit accurate and timely information while maintaining contract management and CRM systems.

Ensure contract-related information is accurately recorded, reported, accounted for and acquitted.

Monitor provider performance, identify opportunities for improvement and support continuous quality improvement activities.

Identify and manage contract risks, implementing mitigation strategies in partnership with internal stakeholders.

About You

Successin the position requires a proactive and autonomous working style, with an ability to drive work activities as part of a larger supportive operations team. A collaborative approach to working is critical.

You will bring your resourcefulness with the following knowledge and skills:

Qualifications in business, business administration or related field and approximately 5 years’ experience in a relevant field

Ability to provide comprehensive support to the administration, management, and performance of contracts.

Demonstrated commitment to First Nations self-determination and health equity, with the ability to influence anti-racist health system improvements and promote culturally responsive service delivery within mainstream healthcare settings.

Financial management experience that includes budget management and financial acquittal analysis.

Professional, respectful, and clear communication style to support engagement with a wide range of professionals and other stakeholders.
