Megabeam Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team in Caloundra West, Queensland. This full-time role will involve providing essential administrative support to our growing business, ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing \n

\n
• Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including stock control data entry, document management and general office organization
\n
• Providing customer service support, responding to enquiries, scheduling production and invoicing
\n
• Assisting with the coordination of meetings and activities of the Production Manager Operations Manager Director
\n
• Supporting the finance team with basic bookkeeping and invoicing duties
\n
• Performing general reception duties, such as answering and directing phone calls
\n
• Contributing to the implementation of office policies and procedures
\n

What we're looking for \n

\n
• At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role,
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
\n
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
\n
• Proficiency in using standard office software, such as MS Office Excel
\n
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
\n
• A positive, adaptable attitude and the willingness to take on a variety of tasks
\n
