The Opportunity

14-month full-time fixed-term opportunity available for a Product Specialist to join our Biosurgery team in VIC. Based in Melbourne, you will be responsible for building trusted relationships with Surgeons across multiple specialties, Nurses and key Hospital stakeholders, driving the adoption of our innovative Biosurgery solutions across your territory. Combining commercial expertise with clinical education, you will play a critical role in helping our customers deliver better patient outcomes.

The Responsibilities

• Driving Sales Growth & Market Share: Developing strong clinical relationships and executing account-based plans to achieve sales targets, expand market share and identify new business opportunities within your territory
• Partnering with Healthcare Professionals: Building trusted relationships with Surgeons, Nurses and Hospital stakeholders to support product adoption and deliver value to customers
• Delivering Clinical Education & Training: Coordinating and providing product education, in-service training and professional development programs that support customer needs and improve patient care
• Managing Territory Operations & Inventory: Supporting inventory management, contract opportunities, forecasting and account planning to ensure exceptional customer service and business performance
• Collaborating & Maintain Compliance: Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives while adhering to healthcare compliance requirements, company policies and industry standards

About You

• Proven hospital sales experience within medical devices and preferably experience working in the operating theatre environment, with the ability to drive product adoption and commercial growth
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage Surgeons, Nurses, Procurement teams and other Healthcare Professionals
• Excellent communication, presentation and clinical education skills, with confidence delivering product training and in-service programs
• Ability to understand and communicate scientific, clinical and medical technology concepts effectively, is highly organised with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong collaborative nature to work as a team, self-starter with the ability to function independently as a field-based representative

This position requires frequent travel to hospitals within Melbourne Metro, and the rare occasional travel to regional areas within VIC. All applicants must have rights to work in Australia, a reliable car and a valid Driver Licence.
