Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager, the Senior Product Manager will take ownership of a market-leading Power Tools portfolio, leading category strategy, innovation, commercial performance, and long-term growth.

\n

Using customer, market, and financial insights, you'll identify growth opportunities, shape product roadmaps, and bring industry-leading solutions to market. You'll be accountable for the commercial success of your category, influencing investment decisions, portfolio performance, and strategic direction while balancing the needs of the customer and the business.

\n

Working cross-functionally, you'll lead through influence, bringing stakeholders together to execute category strategies, deliver premium product experiences, and drive sustainable growth across the Power Tools portfolio.

What your day will look like:

\n

• Contribute to the Sales Budget by driving category growth and defining value proposition and defining commercialisation plans.
\n
• Deliver margin in-line with Milwaukee KPIs for the respective categories.
\n
• Motivate your team through leadership, planning and people development.
\n
• Product Life Cycle management - ongoing range maintenance and emerging markets / categories in flow as per business requirements.
\n
• Range Review Scheduling and Implementation.
\n
• Responsible for driving Category Plans in-line with market research and competitive environment.
\n
• Responsible for driving all product marketing in line with the Category Plan.
\n
• Market exposure through retail visit, customer events and industry conference.
\n

What you will bring to the role:

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing and/or minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
\n
• Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
\n
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and excellent stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Ability to liaise with and present concepts to management and external agencies.
\n
• Strong people skills and ability to work as part of a team.
\n
• Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
\n
• Self-motivated and a can-do attitude.
\n
