This full-time Occupational Therapist role is on-site and mobile from Berwick to Traralgon in VIC. The Occupational Therapist will assess clients’ functional cabilities, develop individualized intervention plans, and provide education and training that promote meaningful participation in daily activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, implementing cacpity building programs, monitoring progress, and updating documentation in line with NDS requirements. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, communicating with families and support coordinators, and delivering services across paediatric and adult caseloads as appropriate. The Occupational Therapist will also participate in service planning, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities.
