A&S Labels, home to global fashion brands I.AM.GIA and TIGER MIST, is looking for Customer Care Agents to join our team on a casual basis throughout our upcoming peak trading period.
Based from our Richmond office with a hybrid working arrangement, you’ll join our experienced Customer Care team during one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year, helping customers across Australia and internationally.

Working closely with our Customer Care Manager and wider team, you’ll:
Respond to customer enquiries across our customer service channels, including orders, shipping, returns, refunds, products and general policy questions.
Deliver friendly, efficient and on-brand customer service across both I.AM.GIA and TIGER MIST.
Use our systems, processes and policies to resolve customer enquiries efficiently and accurately.
Investigate order and delivery enquiries across our eCommerce, warehouse and carrier systems.
Accurately record customer interactions and actions in our customer service platform.
Identify and elevate complex, sensitive or higher-risk enquiries when additional support is required.
Support the wider Customer Care team as enquiry volumes increase throughout the peak trading period.
You’ll ideally have:
Previous customer service experience, preferably within fashion, retail or eCommerce.
Experience using a customer service platform such as Gorgias, Zendesk or similar.
Experience using Shopify or another eCommerce platform.
Exposure to ERP, order management, warehouse or returns systems is highly regarded.
Strong written communication skills and the ability to adapt your tone while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Confidence managing a high volume of enquiries while staying organised, accurate and customer-focused.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with strong attention to detail and the confidence to ask questions or elevate when needed.
Work with two globally recognised Australian fashion brands.

Availability across the peak trading period is important, with potential for weekend work depending on customer volumes and business requirements.
You’ll work under the direction of our Customer Care Manager and alongside an experienced team, with training provided across our brands, systems, policies and processes.
