Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries
Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently across multiple providers
Confirm appointments and manage patient communications
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Process payments and perform daily reconciliation tasks
Assist with treatment bookings and patient follow-up communications
Support clinicians and the wider team with administrative requirements
Manage patient flow to ensure appointments run smoothly and efficiently
Uphold a premium standard of customer service and patient care
Contribute positively to the culture and success of the practice
Chairside assisting in surgical and restorative procedures
Sterilisation and infection control
Setting up and turning over treatment rooms
Patient support and communication
General clinical support and maintaining hygiene standards
You are highly organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Previous experience in a dental reception, medical reception, or healthcare administration role
Experience using dental practice management software (D4W, CORE EXACT, or similar)
Knowledge of health funds, treatment scheduling, and patient management systems
Experience in a premium customer service environment
