Furtex is a New Zealand owned fourth-generation family business focusing on quality textile sourcing and design to create outstanding soft furnishing products. We pride ourselves in designing beautiful collections for our different brands. Each brand has a distinct aesthetic and range, but all offer unique interior products for New Zealand and Australian living spaces.
We are currently looking for a reliable, physically capable and hardworking General Storeperson to join our warehouse team in Tullamarine.
This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, from receiving and storing incoming goods through to picking, packing and dispatching customer orders.
What you'll be doing:
We don't expect you to know everything on day one, but you will need a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn and the ability to work safely in a busy warehouse environment.
We're looking for someone who is:
Previous warehouse, storeperson, logistics or manual-handling experience is preferred.
A current forklift licence would be highly regarded, as would experience with pallet jacks, warehouse systems, receiving/dispatch or heavy and bulky products.
We are looking for an extremely motivated person who is hungry for personal growth!
