We’re looking for an inspiring and collaborative District Manager to lead our Queensland Food & Beverage team. This is an exciting opportunity to coach and develop a team of Account Managers, build strong customer partnerships and drive sustainable growth across the region.
Lead, coach and support a team of Account Managers across Queensland
Foster an inclusive, high-performing and customer-focused team culture
Build trusted partnerships with customers in food and beverage manufacturing
Support customers with water, hygiene and operational improvement solutions
Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
Develop and execute strategic plans that drive customer success and business growth
Experience leading, coaching or developing sales or customer-facing teams
A passion for helping people grow and succeed
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
The ability to influence, collaborate and build trust at all levels
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, technical or related environments
Food & Beverage industry experience is advantageous but not essential
Purpose-driven organisation focused on sustainability and resource conservation
